As the Security Manger I managed the Personnel Security and Information Security Program for a 416th Engineer command and 23 outlying units. Directed and oversaw the Command security program that included personnel and physical security. Developed a Physical Security Program for headquarters and all outlying units. Researched security requirements and wrote Physical and Personnel Security Standing Operating Procedures. 

Trained personnel on physical and personnel security requirements. Planned for and oversaw the installation for electronic security sensors and detection devises. Tested the devises as required. Set up a monitoring program using the electronic security equipment. 

Conducted daily rounds to insure that security of the facility made on spot corrections as needed. Conducted Inspection to insure compliance of the set standards. Planned for and implemented emergency evacuation procedures. Planned for and implemented emergency procedures on handling hazardous material spills. 

Researched, developed and wrote Hazardous materials and emergency response procedures. Developed training plans and trains hazardous materials response teams.
